It coordinate with cooling tunnel to make the final products high quality and beautiful surface. Chocolate enrobing machine can also coordinate with optional equipment, like decorator and granule sprinkler. Materials of the machines mesh is made of SS304 which contacts the food directly. The equipment is designed to be easy to clean without hygiene dead ends, The tank is designed with inclined grooves, so that the coated chocolate slurry will not form the phenomenon of deposition. Double jacket pipe adopts sanitary design ,smooth inner surfaces shall be used.
Smooth outer surfaces should be used. All joints shall be fully welded. Motors, gearboxes, and guards shall not be located above or in product contact areas. There is a whole cover above the head of the coating machine, and there is PC glass on the other four sides, which can prevent dust and observe the coating condition of the product through this window. There are slide rails and casters under the coating machine, which can be pulled out for cleaning. All pipe joints are quick opening joints, which are convenient for disassembly. The O-rings and gaskets used at the joints meet the requirements of food grade materials.
